Good weather is back and we are all looking forward to getting back on junk boats and enjoying the new season.😎☀️
But since the 5th wave of the pandemic and the new round of social distancing rules, are we allowed to do junk boat parties ? That's the question that is on everyone's lips. Last year, in 2021 where the vaccine campaigns just started around the world, the limitation was 50% of boats' capacities. But it didn't halt people to enjoy Junk boats as quarantine policies made a lot of people postpone their holidays abroad and stay in Hong Kong looking for other entertainments. Junk boat parties became very popular and it was very difficult to book a boat. This year, as of writing this blog post, the rule is that a maximum of two households are allowed on a vessel making difficult to organise a junk boat event... But the government published already guidance on the new set of distancing rules and so chances are we will be able to charter junk boats with 50% capacity from 21st April 2022. However things are changing fast and new rules may appear soon but we will keep you posted 👍! So get ready and try to book your charter in advance to get the best price and have another memorable moment with your friends!
